FxGuru: Movie FX Director App Reviews

I was looking for some special effects to add to my videos. I work as an x-ray tech and recently made one about the skeletal system.I downloaded all the special-effects apps available for iPhone but this one is the best! They even have a dancing skeleton effect that is available for free :) This effect is really gonna make my video that much better! I love the app so much that I even downloaded a few more effects and was happy to see that it unlocked high resolution mode! 5 out of 5 stars for FXguru!

Love the way the effects stay in frame. Personally think that the extra effects cost too much. Dont see me spending $1 per extra or $20 for all.

i re downloaded the app and some free fx were missing (sniper fury, best friends) stuff like that i would like those fx back before i buy the rest

I really love this app! It is so fun and addicting to use! I really enjoy making pretty girls appear! I love girl effects! And I found the dancing skeleton one funny! Sounds, music, effects, and features are really amazing and very fascinating! Though I actually decided to get this app after seeing a video on YouTube of this effect called the Best Friends effect, with the two girls flirting, one wearing a green-cyan top and the wearing pink. I really wanted to try that out for myself! However, went I got the app, I was disappointed to see that the Best Friends effect was missing. Upon doing some searching online, I noticed that there are other effects that are now missing. What happened to those missing effects? Can you please bring them back somehow? I really want those missing effects! The Best Friends one especially! Anyways, other than that I really love this app! I would definitely like to see more added to this app, like more people effects. Some new people effects ideas I think would be interesting is maybe a hot date effect, a girlfriend turns out to be a vampire effect, a creepy guy stalks a pretty girl effect, girl gets startled by viewers presence and leaves effect, some boy effects for the ladies, and maybe more thrilling effects. Just thought Id speak my mind, opinions, concerns, and share some sweet ideas!

Pretty good effects but theres one thing there are not enough fx for free Others wise its awesome

I love all the effects great for Halloween Christmas and so on!

When I first downloaded Fx guru, Ill admit, I suspected it to be a scam for money. It took my breath away when I saw such high definition virtual effects. This is a quality app, not a run for your money. What slightly bothered me was how inexpensive it seemed to be. I was worried they might not be authentic enough for my taste. But I will say, when I tested my first purchase for Fx guru there was no doubt in my mind it was worth every penny. I recommend this app for anyone willing to invest money into their passions.

Too much pay-to-use but its still a really great app
